This policy explains how League Picker collects, uses, and protects information when you use the application and website.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we may collect your email address, account identifier, device information, app version, and security records such as first seen and last seen dates. When connected to the League Client, the application may process Riot profile and local champion-select information needed to provide its features. If you use support chat, we store the messages you send, a random conversation identifier, and an optional email address for human replies.

How we use information

We use this information to operate accounts, verify email addresses, provide Premium access, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, improve reliability, and deliver requested application features.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. League Picker does not store complete payment-card details.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure and services provided by Cloudflare, Render, Firebase, Brevo, Stripe, and release-delivery providers. These providers process limited information as needed to provide their services.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, support, and operational purposes. Support conversations may be retained to respond to requests and improve help documentation. To request account, chat, or other data deletion, email support@leaguepicker.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

League Picker is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date above will show when revisions take effect.
